    Excellent hotel with amenities like a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff assisted me with plug adaptors during my first stay. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for an amazing dining experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    It was a NICELY DECORATED place, had very professional and genuinely helpful staff in a very heartfelt manner by the front office staff. Its excellent, central location was a plus. You could walk to a shopping mall and a main market.

    I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, it was always satisfying. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly. The location near the metro made getting around easy, especially to the airport.

    The Wi-Fi situation was a letdown. It only allowed one device at a time in a family setting. The prices at the restaurant felt a bit steep, which pushed us to look elsewhere for meals despite the quality of the food. I came across a concerning issue with the ladies' bathroom flooding, which wasn't ideal .

    Healthy meal and nice service. Lovely rooms with feather pillows. A great selection of perfect and satisfactory breakfast items to choose from. Helpfulness of the staff. All in all awesome location, adjacent to other transport like railway stations as well as Hazaratganj, Aliganj, Aminabad
